1. On booking a day’s Airsoft adventure with Combat Zone Scotland, a non returnable 50% deposit shall be payable 14 days in advance of the day the game is to be played. The balance will become due on the day of the visit and must be paid cash, in full before the start of play. Players may attend and pay on the day but unless you supply your own weapon/kit, Combat Zone Scotland cannot guarantee their availability.

2. A booking form is available online or by emailing and must be completed and returned to us.

3. Prices are shown separately and Combat Zone Scotland reserves the right to change these without prior notice.

4. Payment may be made by cheque when booking in advance. (payment must have cleared before any services will be provided) Cheques will not be accepted on the day and any outstanding balance must be paid by cash.

5. Payment for items purchased or hired on the day must be paid for by cash.

6. Although a first aid kit and trained personnel are on site whilst play is in progress, it is the responsibility of all those who attend Combat Zone Scotland to notify us of any known medical condition (i.e. Diabetes, Epilepsy etc) that you may be suffering from.

7. Whilst on site at Combat Zone Scotland all rules concerning weapons, conduct and health and safety must be adhered to without exception. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the site.

8. Full face protection is advised and should be worn in all areas of the site except the safe zone area. Any player under the age of 16 MUST wear a full face mask. No person will be allowed to play unless they are wearing a mask or eye protection.

9. Alcohol or drugs are not permitted on site and any person found to be in possession of such items will be asked to leave the site. And police will be notified zero tolerance.

10. Smoking is only allowed outside the porta-kabin in the safe zone area.

11. Food and refreshments will be available on the day. If you bring your own food or soft drinks these must be consumed within the safe zone area – no food or drinks are allowed in the game area, with the exception of water.

12. Trained marshals are on site to ensure your safety and their instructions must be obeyed without question at all times. In the event of an accident or other serious incident their instructions must be followed.

13. The decisions made by marshals are not to be disputed. In the event that you are still dissatisfied any complaint will be dealt with by Combat Zone Scotland's management. Their decision is final.

14. All weapons brought onto the site are required to be tested by Chronoscope prior to being used in the game area. Any weapon failing this test will not be allowed in the game area under any circumstances.

15. Native birds and wildlife/ Animals are to be respected. Anyone found firing their weapon at wildlife/ animals will be banned from the site (permanently).

16. Swearing and abusive language are not allowed at Combat Zone Scotland should children may be present. Offenders will be warned initially and asked to leave the site if the situation continues. For any serious incidents, the Police will be requested to attend.

17. Combat Zone Scotland accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage of personal property whatsoever whilst you are on site.

18. Vehicles are parked on site at owner’s risk.

19. Combat Zone Cumbernauld reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without the need to explain the decision.
